Antoni began his career in high-level sports as an expert in mental preparation and keynote speaker for the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and mental training head coach for David Leadbetter Golf Academy. He has also helped a number of top athletes and professional sport coaches to improve their mental game. Highlights include working with Philippe Presti, head coach for Oracle Team USA and two-time winner of the America’s Cup (2010 and 2013) or Guillaume Néry, freediver and four-time world record holder in dynamic freediving.
Certified NLP Master Teacher, in charge of “Train The Trainer” and “Train The Coach” Training Programs at the French Institute of NLP from 2000 to 2016, he has developed a unique expertise in the transposition of sport coaching, motivation and mental toughness to management, sales and negotiation.
Antoni is the author of 12 successful books on winning mindset, communication, coaching and management translated into several languages, in particular “Les clés mentales de l’excellence commerciale” 2019 DCF Award Winner of the best book of the year in the Sales and Marketing experience category.
He has been an international senior consultant for Halifax Consulting since 2004 for global clients such as TotalEnergies, Nexans, Axens, Savencia, Moët Henessy Diageo, Bio Mérieux, Dassault Systemes, Safran, Saint Gobain, Hermès, Cartier, Axa, Carmignac, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc…. all the while forging a solid reputation as a highly regarded coach and trainer among sales forces and management teams. Since 2016 Antoni is the Managing Partner of Halifax Consulting Asia.
