Tamb\u00e9m foi uma oportunidade para adaptar as ferramentas para acompanhar o desempenho das vendas de acordo com a nova estrat\u00e9gia de crescimento. Foi realizada uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o envolvendo 50 pessoas utilizando testes psicom\u00e9tricos, exerc\u00edcios de simula\u00e7\u00e3o e entrevistas individuais com cada participante.
