L&rsquo;obiettivo del Sales Excellence Club Italia &egrave; sviluppare un approccio strategico alle relazioni commerciali, a contatto con i colleghi e i migliori esperti. Discutiamo delle azioni &ldquo;sul campo&rdquo; dei KAM e dell&rsquo;attuazione dei programmi per i Key Account Manager, della loro redditivit&agrave; e dei loro fattori di successo per co-creare valore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La &ldquo;chiave&rdquo; &egrave; conoscere a fondo i propri clienti, fidelizzarli e diventare una delle forze trainanti della loro performance. L&rsquo;obiettivo &egrave; sviluppare un approccio strategico alle relazioni commerciali, attraverso il contatto con colleghi ed esperti di spicco. Si tratta di un luogo dedicato alla scoperta delle tendenze e delle innovazioni tecnologiche che potrebbero avere un impatto sulle funzioni commerciali.
