Esta fue tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad de adaptar herramientas para monitorear el rendimiento en ventas en l\u00ednea con la nueva estrategia de crecimiento. Incorporamos un m\u00e9todo de evaluaci\u00f3n involucrando a 50 personas, que inclu\u00eda pruebas psicom\u00e9tricas, ejercicios de simulaci\u00f3n y entrevistas individuales con cada participante.
