Born in
Sicily, educated as a work psychologist with a degree from the University of
Padova, Luigi started his career in HR before setting up his own company,
Network Training in Padova, near Venice.
Luigi has
developed his business specializing in consulting, training in management and
sales processes and has continually been on the cutting edge in terms of
technologies and methods to underpin successful learning paths.
He has been
awarded the SMAU innovation prize in 2007 for one of the first mobile Learning
Apps.
He has, in
his twenty year career, made hundreds of projects in sectors from the insurance
to health care, from telecoms to tyre manufactures and many, many more. He has
created a network of highly qualified consultants in Italy to ensure top level
delivery.
His
approach is based on ensuring a well defined training path, with innovative
tools to create engagement and ensure that the participants learn within a
engaging, fun environment. Gamification and simulation tools brought him in
contact with Halifax and in 2021 he co founded a separate company dedicated to
Halifax solutions in Italy.
