Bruno Seguin is a Senior Executive Manager with deep proficiency in global operations, international business development, and strategic planning. Sylvain spent most of his career in the Information technology sector. He has worked for an integrator in Paris before moving to North America taking a Key Account Manager position with SHL in Canada.
Sylvain has worked for Computer Associates International where he managed the indirect sales force for Canada. He then joined IBM as a Sales Manager before becoming responsible for strategic accounts in the software division of IBM.
Consultant in sales efficiency since 2004, Sylvain joined the Halifax International Team in 2010.

Cynthia began her career with an eight-year stint in sales and marketing for consumer goods and financial services companies including BIC, Nestlé and American Express. She then spent 11 years with a leading market research company as a sales and marketing consultant for Europe and Latin America. She has handled regional negotiations, sales projects and product development for a number of brands.
Cynthia is current a managing partner at Halifax Latin America, overseeing facilitation, leadership and sales transformation initiatives.
Teaches applied psychology and communication for sports science departments at French university level and is a certified NLP master practitioner.
Antoni began his career in high-level sports as a specialist in mental preparation and a leading speaker for the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and David Leadbetter Golf Academy. He has also helped top athletes and coaches to improve their mental game. Highlights include working with Philippe Presti, head coach for Oracle Team USA and two-time winner of the Americas Cup (2010 and 2013), Guillaume Néry, freediver and four-time world record holder in dynamic freediving, and Alizé Cornet, a professional French tennis player ranked 11 by the WTA.
Antoni has written 12 books on mental preparation, communication, coaching and management, published in English, French and Spanish.
He has been a consultant with Halifax Consulting for a number of years and was appointed managing partner for Halifax Asia in 2016, all the while forging a solid reputation as a highly regarded coach and trainer among sales forces and management teams.
Holds a degree in engineering from top French graduate schools ENSAM ParisTech and in business administration from ESSCA business school.
Mohammed started out as a consultant, handling CRM projects for Sopra Consulting before moving on to a firm specializing in international sales campaigns. He later founded Tunis Leaderschool to support top business leaders in the Middle East and Africa. He joined Halifax Consulting to enhance our international development programmes with a focus on MEA while expanding our range of consulting expertise.
Mohammed provides coaching and training in three languages: English, French and Arabic. He is also an active conference speaker specializing in cross-cultural relations and sales solutions.
Holds an MBA in marketing, with a graduate degree in international relations and cross-cultural negotiation from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
Vincent began his career at BIC, starting out in a Paris-based marketing position before heading to South America, where he spent 15 years in a series of different positions, including marketing director, category manager for Brazil, sales manager in Argentina and general manager in Chile. He has trained an array of sales forces and handled relations with leading retailers such as Walmart, Carrefour, Casino and Cencosud, covering joint business plans, category management, key account management and more.
Vincent qualified as an ICF-certified coach with Newfield Network and successfully represented Halifax solutions in Chile for three years before agreeing to run the Halifax Latin America office as LATAM managing partner, based in Brazil.
Holds a graduate degree from leading marketing & communications school ISEG Toulouse.
Lionel began his career as a logistics and purchasing manager for clothing company Catimini before taking up a position as a sales manager and senior executive for Caroline, a textile brand.
He later moved into transport and logistics with Calberson, where he headed a subsidiary before transitioning into training and consulting. He specializes in customer relations centres, with a focus on banking and insurance.
Lionel works in English, French and Moroccan Arabic and runs the Halifax online sales academy.
Mark graduated in Modern Languages from Cambridge University and has pursued his career in various commercial and general management positions.
He completed 14 years in the paper sector as World Sales and Marketing Director for Arjo- Wiggins before moving with Sonepar in the electrical distribution industry to run their largest operating company in Italy and lead important SAP, CRM and company integration projects in a 9 year period. He then moved to a General Management position for a niche production company in the ceramic tile sector, Profilitec piloting their geographic expansion.
His areas of speciality are in sales force management, company integrations, CRM implementation and channel management.
He moved into consultancy and training in 2015 working with a Halifax partner, Network Training. He has developed numerous projects with a in a range of industries: from HVAC, to Drinks and Beverages, Private Wealth, Banking as well as Telecom. In 2021 he decided to co-found a company dedicated to promoting and implementing Halifax Sales Performance solutions for the Italian market.

Sibille started working with Johnson & Johnson Medical in Switzerland as product manager to later manage the French speaking sales territory. Later she took a marketing manager position to also develop strategies for the EMEA region. She then moved to Germany to further develop the key account management activities. Then she developed and implemented a congruent pricing strategies for all 6 business units for the German market.
Since 2017 Sibille has been working as sales consultant, trainer and coach with different large companies in the production, telecommunication, pharma, med tech, commodities industries throughout Europe, the Unites States, Africa and the Middle East.

Christian is a graduate of Weller business school and the Californian Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. He is also a level-one certified neurolinguistic programming (NLP) coach.
Before joining the Halifax Consulting team, Christian began a career in sales in the IT industry. He started out as a sales engineer with Wordperfect then moved to Novell France, where he held several sales and management positions, including sales director for key accounts.
Christian specializes in complex sales, negotiation and key account management. He has developed specific tools for Halifax (PAC$® and PIRAT®), providing regular coaching for pre-sales teams, sales representatives and consultants.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holder of a Specialized Master’s degree in International Project Management from ESCP, Xavier Lorenzo has held sales management responsibilities for the past ten years in large international groups as well as in high value-added SMEs.
A specialist in the transformation of sales and marketing departments (B2B and B2B2C) in multicultural environments, Xavier has worked in a variety of companies and sectors: high-tech, BtoB distribution, industrial services, events, and higher education in companies such as XEROX, DELL, LYRECO, SFR and KEDGE.
With an operational culture acquired in these diversified and demanding environments, Xavier had the opportunity to participate in the creation of the Global Account Management function at Xerox, he then managed the second largest account in the world at Dell, before having managed the Key Account Sales Department at Lyreco (400 people). He is a Senior Consultant and Director of the Key Account Management Practice.

François spent 18 years as a marketing director for multinational companies in the consumer goods industry. He then transitioned into executive education as corporate director for several leading business and management schools in France.
He works closely with our clients to spearhead large certification projects in conjunction with our partner business schools, such as ESCP, MBS and SKEMA.

Isabelle has a wide experience in Consumer Products companies, mainly in sales and marketing.
From the Danone Group (Danone fresh products France then Lu Germany) to Presstalis (ex NMPP), through Hachette and Editis, among the world leaders in publishing and book distribution, she has been Area Manager, Sales Manager, Product Manager, KAM, Sales Director, Sales and Marketing Director.
She is a specialist in sales and negotiation in the food and retail sectors, particularly through its booksellers and newsagents, as well as the distribution networks.
She brings a strong background in business development and management. She is in charge of the Distribution and FMCG practice.

Séverine began her career at SAGEM Communication as a key account manager before moving into sales rep integration and training management. She draws on nearly 10 years’ experience managing sales teams in a number of different companies, including SFR.
Séverine heads transformation initiatives with a focus on long-term improvements through the creation of training centres to help sales representatives and managers enhance their skills.
