This Privacy Policy describes how HALIFAX CONSULTING and its affiliates (collectively, “HALIFAX”, “us” or “we”) handle and protect your Personal Data with regard to:

How we protect your Personal Data

HALIFAX CONSULTING protects your Personal Data and privacy from the outset in engineering the services it provides, in accordance with “privacy by design” principles. We also implement “privacy by default” measures to safeguard your information, ensure security and protect your rights.

Which personal data do we use?

HALIFAX CONSULTING will only collect the data it needs to provide relevant services. What is the lawful basis for processing?

HALIFAX CONSULTING processes Personal Data for the purposes of: Contract execution Users’ Personal Data may lawfully be collected where needed to execute a sales contract. In such cases, users are required to provide the information required. A sale may be blocked if the user fails to provide said information, which may also involve providing relevant details to an online payment provider.

Legal obligations

Billing and invoice management are based on the legal obligation of HALIFAX CONSULTING in respect of its dealings with clients.


For the following purposes, users’ consent shall serve as the lawful basis for the processing of their Personal Data. This consent may be provided through:
  • Registration management via the website and applications.
  • Chosen settings for marketing messages, including exclusive offers, news updates and custom content tailored to the user’s profile.

HALIFAX CONSULTING processes all of your Personal Data inside the European Union (EU).
