A growing global company designing and manufacturing cutting-edge tech solution was in sound financial health and had a solid team of specialists. As part of a sales transformation programme designed to accelerate growth, the firm opted to introduce a training course for new salespeople, including young graduates, new recruits and those changing career path. The course was designed to help learners master key complex sales techniques along with a selection of critical company business processes. The programme was rolled out internationally, including training in France for French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Russian salespeople and in several Asian countries for their Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese and Vietnamese counterparts.
